Adam Bradley is the founder and president of Lead 'Em Up, a leadership organization he launched in 2015 that now serves over 3,000 sports teams and organizations worldwide. He's the lead facilitator for the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Corporate Leadership Institute at Towson University and a certified Leadership Circle practitioner, consulting with teams to strengthen leadership and culture. Widely praised as a top leadership voice — former Maryland State Superintendent Dr. Nancy Grasmick calls him the best speaker she's seen in her career.

Jonathan Kervin is a two-time NAIA National Champion and three-time National Finalist at 165 lbs for Indiana Tech, where he helped lead the Warriors to three top-10 finishes at the NAIA National Tournament and three top-10 finishes at the NWCA National Duals. A native of Floyd Knobs, Indiana, Kervin was an IHSAA State Champion at Floyd Central High School before wrestling two seasons at Indiana University and transferring to Indiana Tech in 2023. He holds Indiana Tech program records for career tech falls (27) and single-season takedowns, and was a three-time WHAC Conference Champion and three-time NWCA & NAIA Scholar All-American. Off the mat, Kervin earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a 3.6 GPA and is completing his MBA in December 2026, and was recently named the winner of Indiana Tech's prestigious 2026 Hyashi Award for excellence in academics, athletics, and Warrior Pride.

Derek Blubaugh is a two-time NCAA Division II National Champion and four-time National Finalist at 197 lbs for the University of Indianapolis, where he was named the 2024 DII National Championship's Outstanding Wrestler. A back-to-back GLVC Wrestler of the Year (2022-23, 2023-24) and three-time First Team All-GLVC honoree, Derek racked up 128 career college wins while helping lead the Greyhounds to their first-ever GLVC Championship. Before college, he starred at Bloomington South High School, compiling a 153-26 record as a four-time sectional and regional champion. Wrestling runs in his blood — Derek is the grandson of Olympic Gold Medalist Doug Blubaugh, who won gold at the 1960 Olympics and the 1957 NCAA Division I National Championship, a legacy that continues to inspire Derek both on and off the mat.

Jim Tonte is a member of the Indiana High School Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame, capping a coaching career defined by sustained excellence at the highest level of Indiana high school wrestling. Over 31 years, Jim compiled an overall record of 525-89, guiding his teams to five state championships — including IHSAA team state titles at Warren Central and Perry Meridian, and an IHSWCA team state title at Franklin Community. His teams also captured numerous conference, sectional, regional, and semi-state titles along the way. Jim's coaching prowess earned him 15 Conference Coach of the Year honors and two Indiana National Coach of the Year awards, cementing his legacy as one of the state's most accomplished and respected wrestling coaches.

Brandon Smitley is the co-founder of THIRST (Terre Haute Intensity Resistance and Sports Training), which he began building in 2012 after returning to Terre Haute for graduate coursework at Indiana State University. A lifelong high-level athlete and competitive powerlifter, he started with a garage gym to support his own training, which grew over five years as more community members were drawn to his success in the fitness world. He later partnered with his wife, Adrian — also deeply experienced in running and training — to launch THIRST, a gym built around functional movement patterns and science-based coaching for everyone from general members to competitive strength athletes across the Wabash Valley.

Robert Faulkens joined the Indiana High School Athletic Association as Assistant Commissioner in 2011, where he administers football, wrestling, baseball, and unified flag football. He spent 23 years in high school education, including five years as principal at Crispus Attucks, where he helped relaunch the school’s athletics program and saw it named a U.S. Department of Education “Magnet School of Distinction” in 2007. A three-sport athlete in high school and college, he holds degrees from Earlham College, Butler University, and Indiana State University, and in 2024 received an NFHS Citation, one of high school sports’ top honors.
