Advance From Each Qualifier

Qualifying

Open to any wrestler enrolled in a public or private school in Indiana, grades 5-8. Home-school athletes must provide verification, and no athlete can turn 16 before January 19, 2026. Girls must qualify to wrestle in the boys division, but not to compete in the girls division.

Other Information

Scratch weights will be used and enforced.
You can move up if you miss weight.
If you qualify, you must wrestle in the same weight class and make scratch weight for the championships.
NFHSA rules will apply.
Matches consist of three periods: 1:00 - 1:30 - 1:30 min.

State - Center Grove HS, Feb 8

There is a separate registration fee for State after qualifiers. Boys: top 4 from qualifiers may register at the same weight they qualified only. Girls: anyone in grades 5-8 may register - no qualification necessary.

Weigh-in options: early ($20 cash) 7-10 PM Saturday 2/7 at Center Grove (Door 9), or 7-8 AM Sunday 2/8. If you miss weight, you cannot wrestle a different class - one attempt, with an immediate challenge. Wrestling begins 9 AM Sunday 2/8.
